1. Overview
At Nisa Tech Solutions, we strive to provide the highest-quality IT education and training in Pakistan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy strictly outlines the terms and conditions under which financial refunds are evaluated and granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Before Classes Start
If you cancel your enrollment before the very first day of class, you are eligible for a 100% full refund (minus any 3rd-party banking or administrative payment processing fees).
First Week (Days 1-7)
If you attend classes but find the curriculum doesn't match your expectations during the first week, you may request a 50% refund of the total course fee.
After 7 Days
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after 7 days have passed from the official course start date.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items and fees are strictly non-refundable:
- One-time registration or admission processing charges
- Payments made for 1-day masterclasses, short workshops, or 2-week bootcamps
- Official certification exam fees (if they have already been booked or processed with international bodies)
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Submit Request: Send a formal written request via email to info@nisatechsolutions.com.
- Provide Details: Include your full name, enrolled course, date of enrollment, and the specific reason for your refund request.
- Evaluation: Our administrative team will review your request against this policy within 3-5 business days and respond with an approval or denial.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original method of payment (or via secure bank transfer) within 7-14 business days.
Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway provider, it may take additional time for the funds to officially reflect in your account balance.
6. Course Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that Nisa Tech Solutions must cancel a scheduled course before it begins (e.g., due to instructor illness or low enrollment), all enrolled students will automatically receive a 100% full refund.
If a course is canceled midway through due to unforeseen institutional circumstances, students will receive a prorated refund mathematically based on the remaining uncompleted classes.
