• Disruptive behavior in physical labs or virtual classrooms
• Intentional damage to institute property or software systems

All course fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the enrollment process.

If you are on an installment plan, failure to pay installment fees on time may result in the immediate suspension of your access to classes, assignments, and digital materials until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Nisa Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, feature, or service at any time. Because the tech industry moves fast, we also frequently update our curriculum in the middle of a cohort to ensure you are learning the most current, in-demand industry standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisa Tech Solutions and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, or from your reliance on the educational content provided.
